Insulation of Brook Hall, Ottershaw

To insulate Ottershaw Village Hall (Brook Hall) thermally and acoustically. This will: -reduce the energy used for space heating -reduce running costs and so allow the management to control hire charges, keeping Hall hire affordable -ensure the Hall is warmer than at present and therefore more widely available for hirers -reduce the Hall's 'carbon footprint' -virtually eliminate noise emissions, minimising disturbance to neighbours -enable the current amplified music-related restriction on events to be lifted, permitting a greater number and variety of local social and community-based events -ensure the viability of the Hall
