Intact Centre Refurbishment

This project will improve the overall energy efficiency of the Intact Community Centre building by making efficiency changes and thermal improvements so that we can serve the many local users more efficiently and effectively with facilities that are more fit for purpose. The main focus of the planned works are to improve the energy efficiency of the existing building so that running costs can be reduced and user comfort is improved. Intact are hopeful to be successful in obtaining a Lottery grant to extend the facilities – this project will bring the existing facilities up to similar standard to complement the planned new extension.
