Internal Upgrade of Community Facilities

Repair leaky community hall roof and ceilings; replace all internal doors and one set of external doors with automated doors; convert two small utility rooms into community rooms including ceiling repairs and heating; upgrade electrics to facilitate better heating and lighting.
These works will improve flow and relieve impediments to access, will provide increased community space eg much needed consultation room, and also allow more modern and efficient heating and lighting to meet user needs.
