Interpretation Boards to Welcome Visitors to Recreation Grounds in Worplesdon, Surrey

The aim of this project is to install five new, permanent interpretation boards on the three contiguous commons to welcome people to the site and to encourage visitors to explore further beyond the car parks and entry points. These commons have strong historic roots in the local community. People have used these sites for thousands of years and they were even mentioned in the doomsday book. The commons welcome public access via a series of Public Bridleways and Footpaths as well as permitted Horse rides.
