Interpreting heritage at RSPB Rainham Marshes

Rainham Marshes is a new RSPB nature reserve on the edge of London covering 352ha. Whilst some of the infrastructure of the site is complete in terms of visitor access, such as paths, the next phase is to build upon the interpretation and information available to enrich the visitor experience.
This project includes the design, production and erection of signs around a wildlife garden; large boards indicating future phases of the project at key locations on site; the publication of several leaflet guides to help visitors interpret the heritage of the site; and the creation of interpretation devices at five locations around the site.
