The project will remove the existing suspended, wooden floor throughout the hall which has wet and dry rot and replace with a concrete floor which will be lowered to also provide disabled access throughout the hall. A disabled access ramp will also be provided and existing rotten windows will be replaced with new. The project also includes the provision of new tables and chairs and professional fees
