John O’Donnell Pavilion, Yeovil – Community Room

The project involves the creation a community/activity room and an adjacent cafe within redundant changing rooms in the John O’Donnell Pavilion, Yeovil Recreation Centre. The activity room/studio will have a wide variety of uses providing opportunities for physical activity and social/community use
They will cost effectively provide new facilities in an area of need between the Westfield and Milford estates, two of Yeovil’s most deprived communities. The Council provided Activity Officer will programme the studio, targeted at hard to reach groups. Without these works the opportunity will be lost
