Joyden’s Wood presents ideal opportunity to increase accessibility and offers truly a natural experience potentially to over 2 million visitors as it is based on the south-eastern edge of London. The aims of the project are 1. To encourage local people and new audiences by enhancing on-site interpretation and other information. 2. To ensure better access for disabled people. 3. To improve paths and walks throughout the site and create finger posts to enhance the visitor experience. 4. To develop, inspire and engage new audiences of all ages through Woodland Sculpture.
