Jubilee clubhouse Project

To provide a modern, sustainable social and sport facility for the youth of Ruddington. The single storey building will comprise of social/ meeting area, kitchen, toilets, 4 sports changing rooms, 2 officials rooms and bag storage. Car parking for 32 vehicles and 2 disabled parking spaces. The new changing rooms for youth sport and the social / meeting area will be available for hire. Is essential for the provision of new and existing activities. The village has amenity buildings but ageing, require significant capital costs, maintenance costs are rising and do not fit the purpose for many activities within the community. The building will implement energy efficient and re-cycling policies so contribute less to climate change. It will provide a child friendly venue in Ruddington able to host; child care provision, after school and holiday clubs.
