Jubilee Hall Kitchen Refurbishment, Alveston Jubilee Hall Management Committee, South Glos

This project involves refurbishment of the hall kitchen, which is the last major project to generally upgrade the hall’s facilities. This upgrading has been part of a 2/3-year strategy necessitated when a major user relocated, (Alveston pre-school relocated to the local school), thereby reducing income significantly and requiring a need to make the hall more amenable to the whole community. The present kitchen is tired and worn out. This work removes the existing kitchen and replaces it with new cabinets, flooring, and work surfaces in the same space in plan. Its purpose is to create a facility that will be used more widely by all age groups.
