Jubilee, Hollins and the Vale

Working in conjunction with Hyndburn Borough Council (HBC) and Lancashire County Council (LCC) (as landowners) and the Baxenden Community Forum as a prominent local community group, we want to initiate a series of access & habitat improvements involving three adjacent public open spaces in Accrington.
