JUBILEE WILDLIFE WALK

We believe the proposed project would be of huge benefit to a wide range of Newent residents, especially those who would not always be able to access a nature area, including elderly, disabled and those with babies and young children in buggies.

Part of the proposal is to install a footpath in a wildlife area next to The Lake to allow access to everyone, including wheelchair users, to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a wildlife area. Bat and bird boxes will be installed and trees and shrubs will be planted to enhance the area and encourage wildlife.
