Jutsums Park, Romford – Play Area Improvements (008170)

Jutsums is a small urban park located in a heavy residential and industrial area of Romford. The park contains a playground, outside gym and various natural features including mature trees, flower beds and wild flower areas. The outdoor gym in the park was installed in 2020, however the playground dates back to the early 2000’s and is in desperate need of refurbishment. This project would focus on a full playground refurbishment, bringing this dated playground into the modern world with new equipment, wetpour, decorations and activity boards; whilst ensuring the character of the park is maintained and the surrounding biodiversity is improved. The new equipment includes accessible equipment for visitors with mobility issues.
