To address the problem of rising damp in the lower ground floor (the Undercroft) of King’s Cliffe Memorial Hall by installing a specialist damp-proofing system and then refitting the area. The floor layout will be reconfigured to include a new kitchen and toilets. Plumbing and electrics will be upgraded and new specialist flooring fitted.
