Kelsall Community Library

Provision of a Community Library and a ICT Learning Centre, ENTRUST have applied proportional registration to this project. This is based on the proportion of time that the project is available to the general public in relation to the amount of time is it available for school use only. This registration therefore relates to no more than £15,000.
Please be aware that the general public access may be tested over the foreseeable future and any failure to provide general public access may lead to revocation and clawback.
