To fence off the area to the rear and front sides of the building in order to create boundary lines to act a deterrent to intruders. The project includes emergency access gates as required by the fire regulations. The project also needs to re-site the bins away from their current location due a fire risk. The applicant has asked SFF to fund this project in its entirety
