To clean up the immediate environs of the castle by; strimming grass; removing seedling trees/shrubs and rubbish. Remove remains of old seating and replace. Upgrade old footpath from castle alongside burn to Penny-farthing Bridge, by installing drainage, bottoming and surfacing to make it accessible to disabled users.
Improve access and views of the castle, bridges and glen by means of tree surgery and sympathetic planting.
Produce an information leaflet on the history of Kerelaw Castle and the now demolished Georgian Kerelaw House, including industrial archaeology of the adjacent lime workings and also incorporating information on the local flora and fauna.
