Kexby & Upton Village Hall Kitchen & Toilet Upgrade

The applicants would like to remove the old existing kitchen and toilets as they need to update the Disabled facilities and
mother and baby and replace them with more up to date facilities. This would make the village hall more attractive and allow them to cater for more village events and be fully inclusive of the disabled and mother and baby offer. They also wish to include better hand washing and drying facilities. The current disabled toilets do not meet buildings standards.
The new kitchen and toilets would allow them to cater for the above mentioned ,events and utilise the hall to its full
capacity helping the many local groups that currently use it and open the venue up to many more events which are currently excluded due to the lack of catering and poor toilet facilities.
