Kincardine market cross

Kincardine Market Cross is a significant feature located within Kincardine High Street and dates back to 1663. It is B Listed and in a bad state of repair and in danger of falling causing catastrophic damage and being lost forever. The community council has secured funding to undertake restoration of this ancient monument.This project was first registered in August 2013 Entrust project number 400153-6 but due to time delays both with the tendering process and the fragile type of stonework required the end date has been delayed and we have been advised to re- register the project with Entrust.
