Kings Cliffe Cricket Ground

Build a Cricket Pitch on the area known as the Village Field in the village of Kings Cliffe, this includes groundwork to make good (for sport) the outfield area and to install a single artificial cricket wicket. The project has reawakened the Kings Cliffe Cricket Club who have reformed and played some away fixtures last season (first for many years) and in partnership with Kings Cliffe Active and Nassington Cricket Club, saw the purchase of cricket equipment and the formation of a new junior section. Volunteers have come forward to train as Cricket Coaches and Umpires. The Cricket Pitch will support the playing of Cricket in the village, both adults and juniors.
