Kings House, London – Community space (7321)

King’s Cross Church has recently had an offer accepted for a 10-year lease of the building at 242 Pentonville Road. It was built in 1923 as the Luciana Temperance Billiard Hall with a shop underneath, and has had multiple uses since. This important community asset is in a poor state of repair, and this project aims to bring it back into community use. King’s House will provide a shared home to community-centred projects and partnerships. The aim is to create a flexible, welcoming and accommodating space for people from all walks of life, including those with additional needs.
