Kingston Playground – Upgrade

The playground in Kingston is very worn, fencing and surfacing need to be replaced and the equipment is 21 years old, inaccessible to toddlers or those with disabilities but too small for older children. The project is to put in a new accessible, inclusive facility for village children and visitors
The project costs are for new fencing, surfacing, equipment and installation.

Kingston is a rural village with no school or provision for families except the playing fields- children and parents could become isolated without an area to meet/socialise. Toddlers and children with disabilities can’t access existing equipment. If not renewed, the current site will become unusable.
