Kingswood Park Landscape Enhancement

The project aims to enhance biodiversity and wildlife value in a historic urban park in Kingswood, an area of high deprivation on the north eastern edge of bristol. The friends of Kingswood park have been working with south Gloucestershire council to improve the park. This project aims to involve local people to present a positive image of the park in an area fighting anti-social behaviour.
With increasing pressures on green spaces in Kingswood, for both wildlife and people, we would like to use this project to provide more and better habitat to benefit both the park and the surrounding area.
