Kintore Scout Hall security improvements

Following on from the project to replace the defective roof the hall has been the subject of vandalism in which all of the windows have been broken. The proposal is to replace the windows including security arrangements to prevent a recurrence and also to replace the main fire door which has rotted in places. This will make the facility more attractive for use by other community groups.
