Kirtlington Village Hall - Refurbishment

The project aim is to refurbish the Village Hall and to increase its ECO rating. Funding is requested for replacement doors and windows, insulation of the main roof, refurbishment of the toilets (including gents, ladies and disabled) and the modernisation of the Village Hall electrics.
