To install new kitchen include fire proofing, electrical and mechanical work, improving gas and installation, snti slip flooring, shutter and cabinets.
Lighting Upgrade to sensor lighting (Toilet, Kitchen, 2 x hallways (part of which leads into a small cupboard) And Vestry / Community Room).
