Knockbracken Healthy Hub project - Phase II

The key aim of this project is to fully convert the woodland site site into the formal gateway to the Knockbracken Health wood. This will be achieved through three main objectives: programnme of conservation volunteering opportunities to directly connect and engage Knockbracken service users, their families and carers; design, plan and complete environmental enhancement projects to create a safe and accessible gateway into Knockbracken Health Wood and finally to incorporate a programme of practical skills training and environmental awareness to users, staff and local people.
