Lacy Thompson Memorial Hall

The Hall was gifted to the Parish of Farlam by a chartered accountant, Thomas Alexander Lacy Thompson from 28 Osborne Avenue, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne on the 27th November 1964 in memory of his late mother Mrs Caroline Forbes Thompson.

Work to improve the hall have been done of the last 5 years and the committee now wish to improve the floor in the main hall which is uneven and worn. The floor in the kitchen needs the old lino replaced with a more modern safe surface. The toilets, particularly the ladies, require updating.
