Ladywell Fields, Lewisham - Replacement Skatepark (008163)

The project aims to replace the current skatepark in Ladywell Fields Park, which has become unsafe due to extensive wear and tear. Despite ongoing repairs, the skatepark is no longer functional, and a modern, safe, and accessible facility is needed. The new skatepark will feature durable ramps, accessible design for all abilities, and sustainable materials, providing a long-term resource for the community. The skatepark ramps will be made out of an extremely durable material called rhino boards which will be joint together by steel. It should last for 25 years minimum. The new skatepark will be free to use, encourage physical activity, and foster positive social interactions, benefiting the local community.
