Land Purchase at Pevensey Marshes

We have a unique opportunity to buy 8.91 hectares in the centre of our Pevensey Marshes Nature Reserve (the only area we don’t already own). If we complete our land holding we can ensure optimum management of the land and encourage wide biodiversity gains. It is the most important site (there are only 2 sites) in the UK for our biggest and rarest Spider, the Fen Raft Spider. Pevensey Marshes forms part of the national nature reserve, is a site of special scientific interest and is an international wetland under the Ramsar Convention.
