Landgate Recreation Area – Maintenance

To convert an old piece of common land at the rear of the Landgate Estate into a meeting area for the local community with particular reference to young people. To complement an existing childrens play area funding has been secured to provide a youth shelter for older children and young people, Landfill Tax Credits will be used to secure the long term maintenance of the youth shelter with Wigan Leisure and Culture Trust (WLCT)
