Landing Stage at Moneypenny’s Lockhouse

We propose the installation of a landing stage to be located on the Newry Canal just north of Moneypenny’s Lockhouse and bothy. In addition to the landing stage, land works will be done to improve the picnic area, install fencing and an information point. Successful completion of this project will provide sustainable access by water to this area of recreational, heritage and cultural importance.
