Landscaping for safer community access

The shared access road and rear carpark of the Broadwell Memorial Hall and the neighbouring Broadwell Community Club were laid in 1978. Since then pot hole repairs and some re dressing work has been carried out, but the substrate is in poor condition. Nature has also encroached upon the area, reducing the available space.
As we now have a footfall in excess of 100 people, 5 days each week, that naturally increases traffic through the private access to the rear car park area. We have 30 cars at any class now, despite people also walking to classes and using public transport. A professional re-landscape of this area would increase the hard standing area and add we estimate another 15 car spaces, as well as facilitating safe entry/exit from the site for pedestrians.
