Landscaping Ground Left Untidy after Construction Work

The project is to landscape the ground outside the church hall which was recently renovated at a total cost of £250,000 for which we did receive a Landfill Tax Grant.
The once small narrow strip of ground in front of the hall was a gravel path and lawn.
We wish to landscape it using kerbing along the slab path and back filling with coloured gravel.
Re – seed area of ground with grass where temporary porta cabin was sited during hall restoration work.
