Langtoft Village Hall Roof

The project aims to replace the flat roof over the kitchen area and provide an incline to stop water collecting and adding to problems.
The project will be to strip the existing roof right back to the joists, raise the joists, replace, if necessary any boarding that may needed and refelt with a good quality roof material.
The end result will provide the hall with a roof which is inclined to allow correct drainage of rain water. At present the roof has developed a dip in the centre which means the applicants have to, after heavy rain, climb up ladders and onto the roof to sweep the water off.
