Larkin’s Farm, Knowsley – Wetland Access (5959/D)

The project will aim to establish the wetland area at Larkin’s Farm as a valuable community resource and wildlife habitat. The project will enable NSC to install a path and raised walkway at the wetland site, complete with viewing platforms and information boards. This will enable community groups, school parties and the general public to visit the wetlands site safely and to observe local wildlife. Interpretation boards, information packs and guided walks will provide a range of environmental education for visitors.

The Trust grant will contribute towards the wetland access development.
