Lathom Community Hub – Roof

Following a new extension to the community hub, the next priority is to replace the roof on the original building. The roof is leaking and causing damage to the existing building. The replacement roof will be in keeping with the materials used on the new extension (insulated trapezoidal metal cladding). The roof works will help to make the building more efficient and environmentally friendly by reducing reduce heat loss, and preventing water ingress.
