Latton Basin Restoration Phase 2

Continuing the works initiated by Project 036. Renovation of the Basin walls, the regulating lock and aqueduct. Clearance and inspection of site of small farm bridge over the Mill Leat. Also, improving the towpath and clearing the canal bed between the Basin and the River Churn.
