Lauder Golf Club - Clubhouse Development

This project will improve and extend Lauder Golf Club's existing Category C-listed pavilion to provide: * Fully accesible male and female changing rooms. * Separate male, female and disabled toilets. * Multi-use meeting room. * Kitchen and storage. * Outdoor decked area. As a result, the Club can maintain and increase its income, thus ensuring its survival, by increasing playing, coaching and volunteer numbers and attracting visitors and tourists.
