Lavenham Guildhall Representation

The project aims to re-establish Lavenham Guildhall at the heart of the village of Lavenham by representing the spaces and stories within it to ensure its relevance and significance to the local community and visitors. 1. The interpretation will be revitalised and relevant and the collection will be better understood and with enhanced access 2. People will have developed new skills, though the activities run at the Guildhall and new volunteering opportunities 3. Creation a multifunctional space for exhibitions and activities for the local community e.g. schools 4. A closer relationship will be developed with the local community, so they feel a sense of ownership once again for the Guildhall.
