Layer De La Haye Parish Council Community Hall

The Parish Council wishes to demolish the dilapidated Old Village Hall (built in 1910) and replace it with a more flexible multi – purpose building of similar size in line with the Borough Council plans for retaining key facilities in rural areas. The current building, particularly in certain sections, is becoming unfit for purpose and consumes a disproportionate amount of annual expenditure for repairs and energy
