Laying a Tarmac Surface to Tormarton Field Car Park,Tormarton Recreation Ground Management Committee, Badminton, South Glos

Currently the area of the playing field used by players and spectators for parking cars is rough ground. In its present state this area is overgrown with turf and weeds and becomes muddy during winter and spring. The preliminary ground work will be carried out by local volunteers using a tracked excavator and roller to prepare the surface and adjust the fall of the ground. A 60mm layer of tarmac will then be applied.
