Leadon Valley Project – Phase one

New build to comprise the Trust’s interpretation centre, small restaurant & seven bedrooms. Fitting out the interior and landscaping exterior. Landfill tax credits to fund 30% of project (ie areas open to public and excluding bedrooms)
