Leamington Park

The project will create, transform and bring a ‘dead’ space back into the community. Creation of this play space will provide valuable resources for the local community.
This project will reduce the overall carbon footprint of the estate as residents will no longer have to drive their children to other play areas. The planting will enhance biodiversity and attract insects and butterflies. This will enhance young people’s experience of the natural world. Matta tiles will be used as the impact absorbing surface representing a natural alternative to the standard safety surfaces. The logs used within the design will be reclaimed.
