Leigh-on-Sea Sailing Club, Proposed Installation of a Stairlift to Give Improved Access to the 1st Floor of the Clubhouse.

To instal an electric stairlift to the existing external staircase of the Sailing Club’s clubhouse, to provide easy accesss for disabled people to the first floor, including the bar and saloon/meeeting room.
