The acquisition by Leigh-on-Sea Town Council of 200 “Emperor” steel framed, upholstered. stacking chairs and a chair trolley, and aluminium framed A board display frames & signs, all to be used for events at Leigh Community Centre and occasionally at other locations for events organised by the Town Council.
