LEIGH SPINNERS SCUTCHING ROOM

This project is the next phase of the wider development of the Leigh Spinners Mill and will extend our heritage and community activities. The project will restore a currently vacant building in the Grade II* listed Building repairing the roof and installing a disabled toilet together with repairs to glazing and a new electrical system.
