Leighton Farm Building Restoration – Phase 1

Cwm Harry will lease the farm buildings, from the Stud owners, for a minimum period of 10 years. We will make best use of LCF monies, provided by the Sundorne Products (llanidloes) Ltd, to undertake agreed building conservation and restoration work of the original farm buildings, that are listed Grade II*, and subject to a schedule of works that have been approved by CADW. We will conserve and restore these buildings by way of traditional skills training in conservation work and the use of specialist contractors as and when needed, making them fit for use by the community in the 21st century.
