LEIGHTON VILLAGE HALL IMPROVEMENTS

To provide improvement to the Village Hall, built in 1985, to replace the original Church Hall in Leighton. The Hall provides a location for all village activities and general public use. The proposals are to improve the acoustics of the Hall by the installation of absorbent material in the ceiling, the provision of a professional sound system. In the future to ask for further funds to provide better storage for staging within the building to include a new raised floor over the existing storage area and a professional lighting system.
