Lenzie - Boghead Woodland

Improve, upgrade the woodland and path within a local greenspace. The purpose of the project is to enhance a 2.5ha site of community woodland, that is an important local asset, nut that has not been maintained or looked after in and specific way for a number of years. This project seeks to upgrade 700mm of path, improving public access in and around the site, thin and cut back 1.7ha of woodland and vegetation, create a wetland and enhance the attractiveness and biodiversity of the site through wildflower and shrub planting.
